Gambol is certainly a quirky customer but a very talented one. Having begun his career on the flat with Barry Hills, the son of New Approach won once and was placed three times on the level, before moving to Eventmasters Racing and the yard of renowned dual-purpose trainer Ian Williams.

His career under National Hunt rules has admittedly been a frustrating one – with some very good runs in defeat particularly against the classy Vancouverite in August 2015. He was in the process of running a very big race when coming down at the tricky third last.

After some encouraging runs on the flat at Wolverhampton, Gambol finally got off the mark for Eventmasters Racing as he took the Support Your On Course Bookmaker Conditional Jockeys’ Selling Handicap Hurdle at Stratford on Saturday 25th March 2017.

After a brilliant tussle with Gary Moore’s  Mount Shamsan, Gambol asserted his authority close to the line to win by nearly two-lengths.

Yeats Baby

Yeats(IRE) - Cabo(FR) (Sagamix(FR)) Yeats Baby was acquired by our bloodstock agents at the 2019 Doncaster Horses in Training Sales. She has improved considerably over hurdles having been stepped up to a trip of 3M off hold up riding tactics. She provides an excellent opportunity for perspective owners looking to enjoy the sport and will be aimed at staying Novice Chases later in the season. A 7 year-old with 14 starts winning 3 and placed on 2 occasions accumulating over £28,000 in prize money.

Rather Be

Oscar(IRE) - Irish Wedding(IRE) (Bob Back(USA)) Rather Be is our latest addition purchased at the Doncaster 2019 Horses in Training Sales; he is a very exciting additional to the Eventmasters Racing stable. An 8 year-old having raced on 13 occasions with 6 wins and 3 places. He has amassed over £85,000 in prize money; he finished 2nd at the 2017 Cheltenham Festival and will be aimed at the leading 2 and a half mile handicap chases later in the year.

Glorious Boru

Brian Boru(GB) - Sea Off The Gales(IRE) (Luso(GB))

Glorious Boru is an 8 year-old Gelding in training with Zoe Davison. He has started 8 times placing 2 times. Both placings have occurred in his last 3 starts. Through the excellent work of trainer Zoe, he is showing the promise our agents predicated he would with the correct training.

Society Sweetheart is a 3 year-old Filly in training with Stan Moore. She has started 2 times and is a growing talent within the Eventmasters Racing portfolio. A perfect entry for owners looking for horses beginning their careers and examples of their talent.

Monbeg Legend

Midnight Legend(GB) - Reverse Swing(GB) (Charmer(IRE)) Monbeg Legend has firmly established himself as a success for the Eventmasters Racing Team, in training with Nicky Henderson he has had 13 races, winning 6 and placing 5, producing over £53,000 in prize money.

Paco Boy(IRE) - Sunday Bess(JPN) (Deep Impact(JPN)) Turanga Leela, proved to be an instant hit in 2016. Just 11-days after joining Ian Williams she teamed up with Silvestre De Sousa to take a nursery handicap at Chester in style. Leading from the front she showed great character and speed to see off her rivals.
