Fontwell – 29th August 2025. Party Business didnt seem to handle the track at Fontwell, always being on the turn meant he couldnt quite get into his stride and he didnt jump with as much fluency as usual.

Fourth At Uttoxeter
Uttoxeter – 27th July 2025. Party Business continued his good run of form with another fine run in the Class 2 handicap hurdle. He travelled into the race well, the race turned into a sprint from the last and he just couldn’t get passed the other three.

Second At Uttoxeter
Uttoxeter – 5th June 2025. Party Business ran a blinder to finish second staying on really well after the last he was only beaten 1 1/4 lenghts.

Worcester – 6th May 2025. Party Business ran a great race to finish fourth at Worcester, having been outpaced at the third last he stayed on strongly and was only beaten 11 1/4 lengths.

Finishes Seventh After Mistake
Uttoxeter – 29th March 2025. Party Business may a mistake at the first flight which pushed him back slightly and he was never able to get into the race afterwards.

He’s Back With A Fifth Over Hurdles
Uttoxeter – 15th March 2025. Party Business returned to hurdles after not enjoying his chasing experience with a solid run over hurdles running on with enthusiasm.

Pulled Up On Return To Fences
Uttoxeter – 25th January 2025. Party Business had his second start over fences, the rain sadly came throughout the afternoon which meant he was struggling to jump out of the ground and Charlie wisely pulled him up.

Pulled Up On Return
Sandown – 7th December 2024. Party Business made his return after his summer break in very heavy ground at Sandown, he travelled and jump well for the majority of the race under Charlie Todd. He just got tired in the home straight and Charlie sensibly pulled him up.
Fantastic Third at Galway Festival
Galway – 4th August 2024. Party Business under Danny Gilligan ran a great race to finish third beaten 9 1/4 lengths he travelled into the race well and just didn’t have the pace of the first two.
A promising run at Worcester
Worcester – 8th July 2024. Party Business ran again over hurdles to regain his confidence, he travelled more sweetly on this run, he was just unable to quicken when they turned into the straight.

Pulled Up on first chase start
Southwell – 11th June 2024. Party Business had his first start over fences, jumping slowly on occasions we felt the ground ma have been quicker than ideal.

Fifth in valuable class 2 handicap hurdle.
Haydock – 11th May 2024. Party Business ran another great race to fifth beaten only 10 1/2 lengths we are thrilled to see him running so competitively again.
Back in Business.
Cheltenham – 17th April 2024. Party Business ran a blinder on his second start of the season after a long break to finish 5th in the handicap hurdle beaten 5 1/2 lengths. It was great to see some sparkle back in him and we look forward to running him again soon.
Party Business Disappoints.
Cheltenham – 28 October 2023. Party Business disappointed on his first run of the season where he unseated his rider. The rain had got into the ground and it had become quite testing. He will get a good check over at home before we decide what to do next.

Haydock Park – 13 May 2023. He ran a blinder to finish 4th in a fantastic race with a strong field of 16 horses.

Aintree – 15 April 2023. It was great to see Party Business back at Aintree in the race he won last year. He was beaten by only 11 lengths finishing 11th in a strong field of 22 horses.

Haydock Park – 18 February 2023. 5th of 9 runners. He ran a good race but he was beaten fair and square. In an ideal world he would have had a couple more weeks in between his runs.

Great to see Party Business on his first outing after injury
Sandown – 4 February 2023. Finishing 9th of 14. He ran well for a long way and just got tired on the home run which was to be expected after a long lay off.

It’s great to see Party Business taking his first canter
After a period of R&R, he recently returned to training at Ian Williams Racing. We’re pleased to report he’s displaying his usual zest for life on the gallops! Thank you to everyone involved who’ve helped him on his road to recovery.
Following his emphatic win at Aintree Racecourse back in April 2022 with Charlie Todd aboard, he sadly sustained a fracture to his off-hind in his next race at Haydock Park on 7 May 2022.
He was quickly operated on, having three pins inserted in his fetlock joint. He is being well looked after and is well on the road to recovery. You can follow his journey here.
